What pickup cannot include
- Pickup is not a same-day guarantee. Collection and return windows are confirmed after the quote.
- We do not collect items before a photo quote is approved.
- Fragile open soles, wet pairs, or overflowing bags should be packed so transit does not widen damage.
- Areas listed are Dubai coverage; collection outside those neighbourhoods is confirmed case by case on WhatsApp.
- Complimentary threshold is three or more items in one booking. Bundles and boots can change how items are counted — we confirm that on the quote.
What we inspect before collection and on intake
- WhatsApp photos of both items, problem areas, and whether shoes or bags need extra packing.
- Address type (home, office, hotel) and a safe handover point.
- Physical inspection at the atelier confirms material, odour, stains, and whether the quoted path still applies.
- If intake changes the work, we confirm the revised quote before treatment — you may approve, keep the original scope where possible, or decline the extra work.

Can I decline work after inspection?
Yes. WhatsApp photos support an estimated plan and price. If intake inspection finds extra damage, mixed materials, or prior DIY residue, we confirm any revised quote before treatment — you can approve the change, keep the original scope where possible, or decline the extra work. Nothing beyond the approved quote proceeds silently.
