What listed prices cannot cover
- Published rates are standard starting points, not a guarantee for every material, stain, or construction.
- Colour restoration, sole repair, and structural work are quoted after photos and intake — they are not included in a Signature Clean.
- Some stains, yellowing, dye loss, and collapsed structure cannot be fully reversed.
- We do not publish a single turnaround time. Timing is confirmed after inspection because scope varies.
- Designer logos, patent, suede nap, and exotic skins can limit aggressive cleaning or colour rebuild.
What we inspect before confirming a quote
- Clear WhatsApp photos of both items, problem areas, soles or base, and any mixed materials.
- Physical inspection on intake confirms material, prior DIY products, and whether cleaning or restoration applies.
- Structural faults, glue lines, and hardware are checked before chemistry or colour work begins.

When is restoration priced instead of cleaning?
Restoration pricing applies when pigment is missing, soles need repair, leather needs stretching, or structure must be rebuilt. Cleaning lifts soil; it does not replace colour or reattach soles. The photo quote states which path applies before work starts.

They are standard rates for typical work. After photos, we confirm the quote. If intake inspection shows extra restoration, mixed materials, or prior DIY residue, we confirm any change before treatment — no silent extras.
