- Pickup and delivery are complimentary on 3+ items; smaller orders include an AED 35 service fee. Drop-off of fewer than 3 pairs carries an AED 20 fee.
- Photo quote and inspection
- WhatsApp photos set the quote before collection. Intake inspection confirms it, and any change is approved by you before work starts.

When do express add-ons apply?
Same-day express is added per item on top of the standard price, for shoes and for small, medium, and large bags. Ask for it when you send photos so availability can be confirmed. Restoration and repair timing is confirmed after inspection.

Pickup, drop-off, and inspection terms
- Pickup and delivery are complimentary on orders of three or more items. Smaller orders include an AED 35 service fee.
- For drop-off only (fewer than 3 pairs), a fee of AED 20 applies.
- Send WhatsApp photos first: we reply with a care plan and price before anything is collected.
- After your items arrive, we assess them and message you for confirmation before we start any work.
- Prices may vary slightly with the condition of each item. If inspection changes the scope, the revised price is confirmed with you before treatment.
- Bundle pricing applies when booked in a single appointment. Mix sneakers and shoes; boots may count as two items.

What listed prices cannot cover
- Published rates are standard starting points, not a guarantee for every material, stain, or construction.
- Colour restoration, sole repair, and structural work are quoted after photos and intake — they are not included in a Signature Clean.
- Sole, heel, and stitching repairs have no list price; they are quoted from photos and confirmed on inspection.
- Some stains, yellowing, dye loss, and collapsed structure cannot be fully reversed.
- Same-day express service is available at the listed additional charges. Timing for other services is confirmed after inspection because scope varies.
- Designer logos, patent, suede nap, and exotic skins can limit aggressive cleaning or colour rebuild.
What we inspect before confirming a quote
- Clear WhatsApp photos of both items, problem areas, soles or base, and any mixed materials.
- Physical inspection on intake confirms material, prior DIY products, and whether cleaning or restoration applies.
- Structural faults, glue lines, and hardware are checked before chemistry or colour work begins.
- If inspection changes the scope, we confirm the revised quote before treatment.

Is the listed price the final price?
Standard rates are what you pay for typical condition. Starting prices become a confirmed quote after we review your photos. If intake inspection shows extra restoration, mixed materials, or prior DIY residue, we confirm any change before treatment — no silent extras.
How do photo quotations work?
Send daylight photos of both items, close-ups of stains or damage, and a note on material if you know it. We reply with a care plan and price before pickup or workshop drop-off. Inspection on arrival can adjust the quote if hidden damage appears.
When do add-ons and express charges apply?
Only when you choose them. Same-day express adds AED 50 per pair of shoes, or AED 50, 75, or 100 for a small, medium, or large bag. Restoration and repair timing is confirmed after inspection.
